DIY Bookmarks (Doodle bookmark + Book nerd bookmark)

Hey Everyone!

I couldn't post for like....3 weeks my computer crashed...

So, our school organised a book fair last week in which we all could buy various books... You can't read a book without a cool bookmark, can you?

I'm a big fan of reading books A.K.A a bookworm. I made 3 amazing bookmarks yesterday which are super nice and I'm totally loving them!

1. Doodle bookmark

For this one, you will be needing:

-Card paper and a black pen

This is one of the easiest one in this whole tutorial. All you need to do is cut 1 strip of card paper (12 x 4.5 cm approx.) and then the fun part... just take your black pen and start doodling!

I made a tribal pattern but you can make any pattern of your choice like... maybe a yin-yang design or just any pattern....

And you're done!

2. A Book-nerd's Bookmark

For this one, you will be

needing:

-Card paper,colour pencils and

black markers

Take your strip and using your colour pencils, divide the bookmark into halves using your colour pencils- I used light blue and light green. Using a marker, make some doodles on the top & bottom of the bookmark. After that, I just wrote book nerd foreva! But you can write ANYTHING... a cool quote or your name.

And you're done!
